image scale for detailed lunar and planetary observing at
high powers but short enough to render picturesque wide views
at low power and for astrophotography. The 1.25" rack-and-pinion
focuser affords you the option of using eyepieces of any focal
length. But to get you started, we provide two fully coated
1.25" imported eyepieces for clear, sharp images. Get
a range of magnification from 40x to 200x with supplied 25mm
and 10mm multicoated eyepieces (1.25") and 2x Barlow
lens. For day use, optional correct-image porro prism that
yields the same image orientation in the eyepiece that you
see with the naked eye, so you can go eyeball to eyeball with
skittish white-tailed deer or sweep coastal marshes for whooping
cranes.
And of course, the Skyview 100's high end Altazimuth mount
eliminates any wobble worries. It keeps the tube rock steady
even in a moderate breeze. Whether you’re just setting
out on your astronomical journeys or pursuing them further,
the Skyview 100 can take you wherever you want to go.
Good for range up to 20 to 30 kms Terrestrial viewing from
25 Feet onwards. Comes with A sturdy mount with heavy duty
metal stand gives steady images without any vibrations. The
body is Light weight, made from molded plastic and is Weather
resists. Comes along with a carrying bag. The bag’s
construction features a high quality nylon material, with
exterior dual slide main zipper; combination over the shoulder
/ hand carry straps, separate zippered accessories pockets,
heavy duty materials hard ware and construction throughout
